When we recognize the power of our STORIES - or how we are internally narrating our lives - we can create real change.
Most of the time, the stories we have running in our head are narrow, limiting ideas we have about the world that were triggered by big emotions we had at some other point in our lives. We got sucked into a reactionary cycle that doubled down on beliefs like,
“Nobody cares about me or how I feel.”
“I’m stuck.”
